Morton contented their unbeaten start to 2011 with Allan Jenkins hitting a late winner in the 2-1 victory over Ross County.
The hosts had to do it the hard way after falling behind to Steven Craig's first-half strike, but goals from Derek Lyle and Jenkins after the break saw the Ton make it six without defeat.
In stark contrast, the shot-shy Staggies had not managed to find the back of the net this year, but Mark Corcoran's cross on 38 minutes was coolly slotted home by Craig to give them a surprise lead.
However, Lyle hauled his side level as he scored his second goal in as many games after lashing in a powerful 20-yard strike just before the hour mark.
The turnaround was completed when Jenkins drilled home from 12 yards to grab his sixth of the season in the 82nd minute.
